  • CARDIO/ STRENGTHThis high energy fitness class combines a cardiovascular workout with weight training for a body sculpting experience. The exercises are similar to that of a circuit training workout and can be modified based on fitness ability and level. with TrishShortly after purchasing Fitness Avenue, I became certified in Group Fitness through AAAI/ ISMA. Additionally, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and BODYSHRED Coach. I have a strong desire to help others reach their fitness goals and find that encouraging and coaching others to be the best they can be is gratifying. I have been married 16 years to my high school sweetheart, Danny Yost, and we have two amazing children. Dalton is 14 and Kailen is 12, both attend school in our RE-5J School District. I am also the business owner of Yost Cleaning, a commercial and residential cleaning company. When I am not focusing my time and attention on my family or my careers, I enjoy running and training for different race events. 5:00 am to 6:00 am

I have a background in the medical field and cheerleading. I am certified in Group Fitness, Dance2Fit, Silver Sneakers, and Personal Training. I love helping people of all ages, kids-seniors, find fun ways to get healthier. In my time away from the gym, I am a boymom to a 10 yr old and wife to my middle school sweetheart. I enjoy movies, crafts, dancing, and hiking. 8:00 am to 9:00 am

My goals are to help each individual achieve their fitness goals and also enjoy their time at the gym. I am here to help you, support you and motivate you during your fitness journey. I like to emphasize a good, safe workout with good form. I enjoy helping all fitness levels in achieving their goals. “It's never to late to improve yourself and your health.” Outside of the gym I am a mother of 3 boys. We enjoy the outdoors, such as hunting, hiking, fishing, four wheeling and camping. Fitness has just became a huge part of my life a year ago, I fell in love with the stress relief and benefits from a great workout. I really enjoy helping people, I feel that is why I am here. One of my main goals is to have people feel comfortable with who they are and what they look like, not who they wish they were and wish they looked liked. I am group fitness certified, personal trainer certified and piyo live certified. I also am CPR certified along with medical assisting. I look forward to helping all and am so happy to be a part of the Fitness Avenue team! 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm

  • SILVER SNEAKER CLASSICThis course is geared towards our 'Young at Heart' individuals that are looking for a program to have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneaker ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. with LexiI am absolutely loving my transition into the fitness world. I have a background in the medical field and cheerleading. I am certified in Group Fitness, Dance2Fit, Silver Sneakers, and Personal Training. I love helping people of all ages, kids-seniors, find fun ways to get healthier.   • DANCE 2 FIT*No dancing skills required! All fitness levels welcome!* Dance 2 Fit is a fun, energetic, high-intensity workout! Workout to hop hop and radio hits that get you moving. Each song has the same few moves that are repeated, so you can learn the routines quickly. Dance 2 Fit incorporates high impact fitness moves like squats, punches, crunches, high knees, lunges, and Jumping Jacks for an aggressive but rewarding fully body workout. All of our Dance 2 Fit workouts take place in an encouraging and positive environment. with LexiI am absolutely loving my transition into the fitness world.
